Where are our memories?

Deepak Chopra challenges whether scientists know where our memories are stored at the cellular level. He says they don’t know. They don’t know how we can think about the past, ponder the future or imagine something that’s never existed before. How can we explain consciousness in general? These are interesting thoughts and concepts that Deepak is introducing.  I wonder how true they might be.
