This book contains 15 interviews with people that have been very successfully on raw foods diets for many years. I first read this in early 2012 and, at that time, some of the information I read here was hard to accept (people living on raw foods and regularly fasting for what seemed like a long time), but it was enough to start me thinking. It was only a few months later that I started to try eating mostly raw foods. Paul’s introduction in this book is quite good. I read this introduction again in mid 2013 and this time I found it very inspirational indeed. His 16 points that he lists as major keys to success are worth reading and reflecting on.
I talk about this book more in this post – How did I lose 75 pounds?
I plan to re-read this book very soon and summarise some of the parts that really had an impact on me. I’ll make those summaries right here. Actually, I can’t wait to re-read this book and note down the good points.
