Enough Already Review
Brian Johnson does a 9 minute review of Alan Cohen’s book – Enough Already: The Power of Radical Contentment
If you’ve got 9 minutes spare to find some inspiration, take a look at Brian Johnson’s Enough Already review (video is below).
I first learnt about Brian Johnson and Alan Cohen in the film Finding Joe (by the way, Finding Joe is a must see!). Alan Cohen wrote a book in 2012 called Enough Already: The Power of Radical Contentment. I haven’t read this book yet, but it’s on my list. Here in the Enough Already review Brian does a great job of reviewing the book in 9 minutes.
I particularly like the idea of “precrastination” and the quote that “there’s nothing more inefficient than efficiently doing that which should never have been done in the first place”. The recommendation to ask yourself “what one or two things can you do today that would just make today a totally successful day?”. That is, building a “success list” instead of a “to-do list”.
Great stuff. Worth 9 minutes.
